This hot sauce is perfect for people like me who like spice but not too much heat. It pairs perfect with eggs or any meats. the flavors from the peppers are amazing!

I can taste the wonderful flavors of the sauce even through the heat... that's what I love about it! Heat isn't the issue for me, it's the flavor!

Don't let the short Ingredient list fool you. This sauce packs great flavor, and a nice burn. Great on pizza, and pasta. 10 out of 10 definitely will smash another bottle soon.
If you are looking with a hot sauce with actual flavor this is the one. My personal favorite is El Verde because I am weak when it comes to heat but if you want a little more kick The Sol Fire has a great flavor also. The seasonings also are great sprinkled on meat. My favorite breakfast is a little cilantro lime seasoning in my scrambled eggs topped with el Verde and wrapped up in a tortilla!
So fresh and flavorful, all 3 I got (mild, medium, extra-hot). Love that they’re made near my hometown in WV!

You can not be disappointed in any product from these guys! These sauses are simply wonderful!! I do recommend the bundle but that's snake sauce is my favorite. Everything has awesome consistency with great taste with great packaging and service!! Highly recommend these sauses are as beautiful as the photos of this product. This hot sauce is delicious! The heat level is high without making it overbearing. The flavor is 10/10. If you like flavor AND heat, you won’t be disappointed.
One of the best fire-roasted sauces out there - fantastic flavor and just the right amount of heat.
I couldn't choose just one seasoning, so I got the bundle. Each blend uses quality ingredients and features a blend of spice, salt, and acid (from citrus) for a well-balanced, fresh-tasting addition to any dish. My favorite so far is the adobo chile, which I’ve used on a variety of dishes from pork to chicken to eggs. The chile limon is a bit more spicy than the adobo, but it’s balanced nicely with the lemon and oregano. I like using it on roasted vegetables so far. The cilantro lime is mild in terms of spice and strong in lime (a great thing). It’s my favorite for taco meat and wings. Overall, a great product from an Appalachain small business!

The small bottle of Inferno I had trouble getting the hot sauce out of the bottle. Too small a neck for this thicker sauce. Great flavor but don't love the small bottle neck.
I had been eyeballing this sauce for a while. So far we are very happy with the purchase. Thai is great mixed into a cowboy butter for a steak dip or right on top of some meat and potatoes.
As a fellow sauce maker, I really appreciate those of us who put lots of effort into making a quality product and I can tell you for a fact that this one definitely met my expectations. I have been following for a while now intrigued by the Smoky look of their sauces and I'm happy to say that I got exactly the flavor I was hoping for from these sauces. Flavor and balance is perfect just enough salt to give it a great taste. I took this with me to work today and I'm excited to use it on lunch. Great stuff!
Great seasoning! You can use it on anything. Great for grilled meats of any kind. Try it on popcorn…
I have tried all of the sauces and love them all. I like things a little warmer than most so “Exorcist” is my fave. Tacos, eggs, sandwiches, I eat it on everything! They are great to work with!
